Is there any modern equipment that is capable of discovering the nature of the rubbish buried underground contained in the dumps?  Do any satellite surveying devices exist?

The most modern incineration plants do not prevent the release into the atmosphere of extremely fine particles of only several microns in size, even smaller than the monitored PM10 particles. Since these particles do not encounter any obstacles in our organism capable of combating them, they enter the blood stream and become extremely dangerous for our health. Do you think this is an issue that deserves greater attention?
